Professional Travel Photographer, seasoned luxury world traveler, and expert skier, Nils Schlebusch inherited his passion for adventure, travel, and skiing from his Estonian grandfather who used to cross the Pyrenees on skis to get to France in the middle of winter in the 1920's. Of French, Estonian, and German descent, Nils was born in Germany and raised in Spain. He has swooshed down the world’s many mountain ranges including the Alps, Rockies, Chilean Andes, and the island of Svalbard/Spitsbergen to name a few. As a renowned travel photographer for Travel & Leisure, Conde Nast Traveler and Departures, Nils has explored the luxuries and natural wonders and terrain from Mauritius, Chile, and Dubai, to every European country. Nils brings his personal and professional expertise and passions together, along with easy charm, charisma and “fun,” as he leads trips to Swedish Lapland, Andorra or photographs in a remote corner of our globe.

This, his talent for making the ordinary look extraordinary and the fact that he's a true pleasure to work with, make him a winning combination every time." (Tammy Peters, Director of Communications at Mandarin Oriental, New York) "I hired Nils for a pretty tedious task. He had to shoot the employees of the entire company and fit in the top executives for all countries who were in a whole day meeting popping in and out with no warning. He was very professional. Treated each new employee as the star of the day and remained creative under big pressure and tight deadline as this has to be done all in one day. I highly recommend Nils. He puts people at ease and bring a lot of experience on the table. It shows!" (Stephane Bee, Art Director, http://www.stephanebee.com/)
